This last week was a proud moment for all of us at MoveEasy, and personally for Niraj and me. MoveEasy was recognized as the ‘Minority-Owned Business of the Year’ by Columbus Business First. In addition, we were featured by Inman News in their ’10 tech products we loved in 2019′ article.
It’s been an eventful, painstaking and yet amazing journey since we first started our company 6 years ago. And we wouldn’t have reached this point had it not been for the support of our family and hundreds of people. They say it takes a village to raise a child. It couldn’t be truer in our case.
As first generation immigrants, I don’t know of any other place where absolute strangers help out to make something successful. From investors who supported us when no one else did (special shout out to Darshan and Navin), employees who believed in our vision, partners who helped and promoted us, and most importantly, clients who trusted us.
And has our child grown! From just 3 employees to over 20 amazing employees (and growing), representing 300 real estate agents to over 55,000 in just 2 years, and being trusted by some of the biggest brands in the real estate industry, it’s a surreal feeling. We’re looking forward to the year ahead — many new partnerships, integrations, and opportunities to grow in such a diverse city like Columbus, Ohio.
